The Catalogue of Croatian Standards contains all adopted normative documents.
Catalogue of standards according to ICS
This Catalogue contains a list of all Croatian standards and other publications classified by subject in accordance with the International Classification for Standards (ICS).
The fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.
The groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.
Croatian standards and similar normative documents are classified into fields, groups and sub-groups in accordance with this structure. The listing of standards classified by subjects contains the following bibliographic information:
(1) Reference number - consists of a prefix, a serial number and the year of publication, e.g.:
Prefixes in the reference number have the following meanings:
Technical committees review the status of standards within their scope at least every five years.
(3) Adoption method - pp (adoption of a foreign standard by translation)
(4) Language - Croatian standards adopted from the standardization system of international/regional standardization organizations or from the standardization system of another country can be published in the Croatian language, as well as in the official languages of the relevant standardization organization/system, i.e. in several languages. Language codes are defined in ISO 639-1.
(5) Number of pages
(6) Price group - information on the price group is given on a separate page.
(7) Technical committee - TO reference denotes the technical committee responsible for the development (adoption) and maintenance of the standard.
(8) Title of the standard
The main section of the Catalogue contains a listing of standards and other normative documents classified by subject. This enables selection of documents by subject and retrieval of the pertaining information..

Prefixes in the reference number have the following meanings:
- The prefix HRN without additional letters indicates an original national standard.
- The prefix HRN ISO denotes standards adopted from the ISO standardization system.
- The prefix HRN IEC denotes standards adopted from the IEC standardization system.
- The prefix HRN EN denotes standards adopted from the CEN/CENELEC standardization system.
- The prefix HRN ETS denotes standards adopted from the ETSI standardization system.
- The prefix HRN DIN denotes standards adopted from the DIN standardization system.
